The North Bay Police Force may respond to two false intrusion alarms in a 365 day period, at each premise.  In the event of two false intrusion alarms being generated from the same property, police response to intrusion alarms shall be suspended for that address for a 365 day period unless the alarm holder re-activates police response by paying the Alarm Response Fee ($60).

Suspension of response to intrusion alarms comes into effect 7 days after giving notice to the alarm holder.
