This notice informs the alarm owner of one (1) false alarm and to take remedial action in order to avoid future loss of police response to alarm calls. An information sheet will be included with the notice outlining the alarm policy. Second False Alarm: Suspension Notice issued by the Alarm Program Coordinator and personally served to the alarm owner by P.R.P. Process Server. Police alarm response will be suspended for a one (1) year period effective five (5) clear business days from the service date of the Suspension Notice. Reinstatement: Police response to alarm calls may be re-instated at the discretion of the Alarm Program Coordinator, upon receipt of documentation from the alarm subscriber, alarm company or monitoring station informing this service that all problems have been rectified. Two (2) further false alarms within the one (1) year period from the date of suspension will result in the confirmation of the original suspension.
