In 2002 Petawawa passed a false alarm by-law which permits an alarm location to have three (3) false alarms in a 365 day period.  For the fourth (4th) false alarm within a 365 day period, there shall be a $50.00 (fifty) charge.

The fifth false alarm will be $100.00 and the sixth will be $200.00.
