Nothing is more important to people than the health and safety of their loved ones. Northern911 is proud to be supporting Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS). These systems provide 24 hour medical alarm response to seniors, the medically fragile, special needs and more.

Our highly trained operators in the ERC (Emergency Response Centre) are will respond to any alerts that occur in the client home in the manner that the clients have requested. This may vary from an immediate emergency dispatch to a simple call to the home to verify that all is well, depending on the type of alert. This may be done in conjunction with members of the family themselves, who depending on the system may also have the ability to monitor and respond to generated alerts via email, telephone or internet connection.
