When the people in need call they want the call answered ASAP. We answer as fast as possible and meet or exceed NENA Standards. (National Emergency Number Association) for answering 9-1-1 Calls. 90% of all 9-1-1 calls be answered within 15 seconds and 95% answered within 20 seconds.

At Northern911 Disaster Planning is integral in achieving our mission. It is part of our culture and we analyze ways to serve our clients better on a regular basis. We have procedures and regular training in-place to cover many different scenarios.
To ensure business continuity our Emergency Response Center (ERC) maintains satellite backup sites at secure off-site locations. Our server back up location was chosen to be geographically separate in the event of a large-scale disaster.
At our primary location, our ERC operates on a dual Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems with diesel powered generator back-up systems.
