“On behalf of the Nipigon Fire Department we would like to thank everyone at Northern 911. Our area is so complex with Hwy 11 and 17 and also the split area with Red Rock Fire Department on those highways and including Dorion, Hurkett Fire Departments.
The work that you have done on locating the off shoot roads from each derestriction has helped immensely for our callouts.
Also, getting more information from the person calling in the incident in as per direction, mile marker and also getting the phone number of the person who reported the incident helps as we can call them directly for further information.
Once again, thank you as I understand its difficult to get information from someone that really does not know the area.
