“Prior to awarding them the contract some people had some concerns due to the location of their Emergency Response Center. Those concerns have been unfounded, as no problems have occurred. From a disaster management point of view now some even said that it is a good thing to have the response center in a geographically different location. … They have proven to be a professional organization and consistently respond quickly, honestly and openly to all requests, inquiries and investigations.”
